1. Inspection & Reporting of Issues
– Customers are required to inspect the package and instrument within 48 hours of delivery.
– Any damage, breakage, missing item, incorrect product, or other delivery-related issue must be reported to Savaisonic within 48 hours of delivery.
– Please provide your Order ID along with clear photographs/videos of the package, shipping label, and instrument, wherever applicable.
– The instrument should be kept safely in its original packaging until the issue has been reviewed by Savaisonic.
– Any damage or delivery-related complaint reported after 48 hours may not be considered eligible for return or replacement.

2. Return Eligibility
– Return requests should generally be raised within 7 days of receiving the instrument, subject to the terms of this policy.
– The instrument must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, along with its original packaging and accessories, where applicable.
– Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
– In exceptional circumstances, such as the customer being unavailable to receive the courier or being away from the delivery location, a return request may be considered within 7 days from the date the customer actually receives the instrument, subject to review by Savaisonic.

3. Return to Savaisonic Hub
– If a return is approved, the customer may be required to send the instrument back to the Savaisonic Hub.
– For domestic returns, the customer will be responsible for the courier/transportation charges for sending the instrument back to the Savaisonic Hub.
– For international returns, the customer will be responsible for all applicable courier, transportation, and shipping charges involved in sending the instrument back to the Savaisonic Hub.
– Return shipping arrangements should be made only after receiving confirmation from Savaisonic.
– The customer is responsible for ensuring that the instrument is safely and securely packed for return transit.

4. Inspection & Refund
– Once the returned instrument reaches the Savaisonic Hub, it will be inspected by our team.
– After inspection, Savaisonic will notify the customer whether the return has been approved or declined.
– If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
– The courier and transportation charges incurred by the customer for sending the instrument back to the Savaisonic Hub will not be reimbursed, except where the return is specifically due to an error on the part of Savaisonic or a confirmed defective product.

– Any wrong, damaged, broken, or defective product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
– Clear photographs/videos and relevant details must be provided to help Savaisonic assess the issue.
– The claim will be reviewed by our team before a return, replacement, or refund is approved.
– If the issue is confirmed to be due to an error by Savaisonic or a confirmed product defect, the appropriate resolution will be provided as per the circumstances.
